Lettings Negotiator

Overview

Enfields is an established, forward-thinking independent estate and letting agency with six branches operating in and around Southampton. We are growing the business and are seeking an experienced sales professional to help move the business forward.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers face to face and over the phone.
• Generate quality leads, follow them up, and aim for high conversion rates.
• Match customer needs for letting of properties.
• Provide a professional, efficient, friendly, and personalized service.
• Promote other Enfields products and services where appropriate.
• Comply with all relevant legislation.
• Anticipate and understand customer requirements.
• Work closely with the team to identify new business opportunities and generate new ideas.

Requirements

• Experience in sales or lettings preferred, but not essential (full training provided).
• Ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Strong team player skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Computer literate, especially with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Full UK driving license with own vehicle.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Compensation

Competitive basic salary with generous commission structure, negotiable depending on experience.
