Marketing Graduate

Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Graduate to join our busy and ever-growing Southampton HQ office.

Responsibilities

• Create awareness and develop the Enfields brand.
• Work with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures, adverts, and social media content.
• Produce creative content, including videos and news articles.
• Run social media channels.
• Secure sponsorships with local communities and businesses.
• Liaise with designers and printers.
• Arrange effective distribution of marketing materials.
• Develop and implement a marketing strategy.
• Evaluate and review marketing campaigns, advertising, and SEO to ensure the right channels are used and campaigns are effective.
• Track marketing performance and ROI, preparing weekly or monthly reports for management.
• Monitor and report on competitor activity.
• Oversee and manage the marketing budget.
• Visual marketing.
• Website management.
