Property Manager

Overview

We are looking for a self-motivated and diligent property manager to join our busy Property Management department in Ocean Village, Southampton.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years experience working in residential property management and will take responsibility for liaising with contractors, dealing with tenancy renewals, and ensuring adherence to Health and Safety regulations at our residential properties.

This position suits someone who enjoys problem-solving, negotiating, and working with relevant parties on maintenance issues.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with contractors and coordinate maintenance.
• Manage tenancy renewals.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum two years experience in residential property management or a lettings background.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Strong administration skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Genuine interest in property with a proactive attitude.

Compensation
