Valuation Manager

Overview

Enfields is an established, forward-thinking independent estate and letting agency with six branches operating in and around Southampton. We are growing the business and are seeking an experienced sales professional to help move the business forward.

We are looking for a Valuation Manager / Sales Lister with in-depth knowledge of property sales who can help lead the team when required while also performing to a high level personally.

You will be focused on winning new business, generating listings, and servicing existing sellers. The role involves meeting new clients and assessing their property needs.

The atmosphere in the office is vibrant, with people visiting the branches and the phones ringing with enquiries. The pace is fast, yet every client enquiry needs to be handled professionally.

Responsibilities

• Win new business and generate listings.
• Service existing sellers and maintain strong client relationships.
• Lead the team where necessary while maintaining personal performance.
• Meet new clients and assess their property needs.
• Represent Enfields with consistently high-quality service.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of property sales.
• Estate agency experience in residential property lettings or sales.
• Two or more years of previous sales experience preferred.
• Full driving licence required.

Compensation

Competitive basic salary with car allowance and commission. Salary is uncapped with high earning potential for the right candidate.
