
Southampton named as UK City of Culture 2025 finalist
SOUTHAMPTON is still on track to be crowned the UK's City of Culture after making the last eight cities in the contest.

The gate opens at 3pm for access to the fun fair. Live entertainment starts at 6pm with the fireworks display starting at 7:45pm.
The gate closes at 7:15pm. Late arrivals may be refused entry.
Tickets are available online - £6 Adults, £4 Children aged 15 and under, children aged 4 and under - free of charge.
All money raised from the firework display goes to local charities and causes in Southampton who desperately need help. The event is coordinated and delivered courtesy of** Southampton Round Table **who are made up of a group of local volunteers.
